Title: Edinburgh Progressive Workshop Weekend
Post by: EllenT on February 08, 2019, 11:42:01 AM
Hi,

I'm a newbie very recently delved into Dr Joe's work and am attending my first event at the end of March in Edinburgh.

Is anyone else attending?

I am beyond excited!
Can't wait to kick start my healing journey

Hi Ellen T,

I'm a newbie also, and yes I am going to the Edinburgh progressive, Am flying over from Belfast and feeling excited and nervous at the same time.
Can I ask if you have received the free online Intensive course yet ?. I booked almost three weeks ago through TCCHE and received my ticket but thought I would have received some form of confirmation from the Joe Dispenza team, I did contact the website last week but I still haven't heard anything back from them.

Hi

Another newbie here too and also going to Edinburgh and also excited  :)

I am new to Dr Joe, having only heard of him 18 days ago, but having heard the name from several people that evening, decided to 'look into him'.  Since then I have read his latest book, watched various youtube videos featuring Dr Joe as well as watching many testimonials and I booked about 4 days ago. I will be flying in from Sweden where I live nowadays though I am British.

Im coming to Edinburgh to get my miracle  :)    Im not good at 'letting go', meditation, 'not trying', not analysing, not thinking etc .... so decided I needed a practical Dr Joe teaching session or two because I want to feel this marvellous stuff and experience the miraculous and then maintain it to create a new me ... and I cannot wait !!!

In answer to your question, I got access to the online Intensive etc via an email that arrived a couple of hours or so after my booking confirmation so if you still haven't heard, maybe contact TCCHE Events to sort it out. I have watched all of it now and now plan to watch it all again - repetition being key :)

Look forward to meeting you both, and of course everyone else too

Hi UKshaz,

Thank you so much for answering my question, I did think it strange that I hadn't heard anything from the JD team.
I emailed them yesterday but have to wait 3-5 days for response.

Can't wait to get working on the intensive. I've been doing the meditations since September and it been hard, but it was after watching all the testimonials that keep me going.

Couldn't believe my luck when I seen that he was coming to Edinburgh,  as was feeling I was needing/wanting that live energy boost.

Thank you again and look forward to meeting you also.
Love & Light.🙏

Hi again Little Maxi

Just an FYI, the email with the online intensive login details came from the same email address that sent the tickets, so maybe (if that isn't where you enquired) you could try there too.

Hope that helps

See you soon

Hi Little Maxi,

So sorry I took so long to reply!
I didn't get any email notifications of your post 🤦🏼‍♀️

Glad to hear you've received your online workshop goodies.

I'm just finishing you are the placebo.
Going to have to out in some serious time to try and read breaking the habit and the online stuff before the workshop. Eek!!

I had the same thoughts as soon as I saw Edinburgh I knew I had to go darn with how scared i was!

Hi All,

I'm so happy to have found others that are going!
I only heard of and started working on Dr Joe's work the second week of January.
I use both the audiobooks and physical books along with YouTube for those inspiring testimonials.

It's been really interesting, I find the meditations a lil difficult as I keep falling asleep - even sitting up!
But I keep persevering, and I will get there.

Its not long to go now until the workshop!
Personally my reason for starting all this is to cure myself of various medical conditions.
I know that going there is what I need - I knew as soon as I saw the event listing.
Almost like a cosmic sign!

Roll on March!
Is it too early to start packing? 😆

Hi Ellen T.

No problem,  just glad I received it in time to put in the practice.

To you and the rest of this group. Just thought I'd share this info.

I had already purchased You are the Placebo and Breaking the Habit meditations when I purchased the books.
But I was also able to purchase some of Dr Joe's meditations on Google play for a couple of pounds, one of them being Blessings of the Energy Centres which I find is one of the easiest to do and shorter, I think about 42mins  sometimes it feels like I've only been sitting for 15-20mins.

It's getting closer girls !!!!!!

Love  &  Healing to you all.

Hi all,

So lovely to hear from others going to the Edinburgh workshop and great to see that you're as excited as I am, I can't wait  ;D :)

Little Maxi - thank you soooo much for asking about the pre material as I'd completely forgotten about it until I read your post.  I've watched and re watched the videos now and had a few "aha" moments so feel a little more prepared for the weekend.

I'll keep going with the meditations and look forward to seeing you all in the lovely city of Edinburgh!

Love and hugs

M

ooh I almost forgot to ask, is anybody bringing blankets, eye masks or other kit for the weekend?  Does anyone know if we should bring anything - other than our marvelous selves of course  ;)

Hi Minnie

Nice to hear from you. Am also glad to hear that my little mishap resulted in you receiving yours.

Re- What to bring,. I was wondering the same.  Was thinking of bringing a cushion for my painful hips to sit on , if I can fit it in my cabin luggage, otherwise might buy a cheap one there. I will also be taking my eye mask which I use everyday ( the one's they give out on long haul flights) but am hoping to buy a proper one at the workshop as a souvenir for myself.

As for blankets, I don't think we'll be doing any lying down meditations as I think they are only in the advanced workshops.

For anyone who has already done the live Progressive, please correct me if I'm wrong.

I look forward to being PRESENT with you all.

20 day's and counting...........🕑🕝🕒 🕉 🙏 👁

Blessings xoxo

I read on another thread somewhere, that people sometimes bring pillows and blankets from their hotel rooms to save having to carry them half way round the world though apparently you do have to keep an eye on them so they don't get carried off by someone else getting them mixed up with theirs  ;D

Think I will just manage ... can't see us needing to lie down in the Progressive and I am ok in a chair fortunately but will probably invest in some kind of eye mask or buy one there xx

If anyone has a spare ticket for Edinburgh, I need one.  I've booked travel and accommodation but tickets are sold out!
I know I should have done things in a different order. So hopefully someone will have one. Thanks Peter

UPDATE: I GOT A TICKET

Did you see the email that was sent out last week? it mentioned blankets and eye masks.
how are you guys doing with "the work"?
I think im finally surrendering and starting to notice the self limiting thoughts and behaviours.
really enjoying the Blessing Of The Energy Centres meditation at the moment, if you havent tried it ild definitely recommend it.

Cant wait for the workshop we are getting seriously close now!
i remember booking it months ago thinking how long i had to wait.
Im going up to edinburgh on the thursday so i have time to rest and recuperate from the journey and will be staying sunday night too for the same reason - just in case anyone else is about before friday!

Hi Ellen T,

Yes it's getting very close and yes I seen the email thank you.

My plans are the same as yours, arrive Thursday, leave Monday, taking time to recuperate.

If all travel runs smoothly I should be at my B&B around 3.30pm, then after I get settled, was planning to go out get my bearings and find Conference center.  If you or anyone else are around at the same time maybe we could meet near the conference centre for a coffee and chat to start our journey into the unknown🌠 ⚛ ☯ 🕉. Ohhh, I got really nervous after writing that, or is it excitement?, I'm going to choose excitement!!!.

Blessings, love & light,🎆🙏

Oh no Minnie,

Not you as well, how disappointing for you. Am really sorry to hear that.

YanaShi actually left her phone number for direct contact, you'll find it on the thread started by UkShaz ( I may have to sell my ticket)

I hope you both get sorted.

Thanks Little Maxi, I'll see if I can give them to someone else who wants to go.

It is a shame, but I'm not sure this is for me.  I have been doing the meditations and I have been feeling really anxious.  I've been doing Sikh meditations for years and years and never felt low.  I love Dr Joe and think he's doing an amazing job, however, I was much happier before, I just thought I would try a different type of meditation.

Hi Minnie

I suffer a lot with my health including a lot of anxiety hence why I got into Dr Joe. My fatigue is quite bad at the moment and am anxious about traveling and taking part in such a long workshop. But it's people's testimonials that is giving me the strength to keep going. I joined a Dr Joe's Facebook group and lot's of people talk about feeling the way you do. I feel it quite often myself.
The reply from others who have been doing it year's, is that, These feeling are part of the releasing process and to be expected.

Please watch some more testimonials on YouTube. This weekend might be exactly what you need.
I reckon most people going there are suffering just like us, that's why they are going.

I read your first post again and you were so so excited, this wkend may kick start that excitement again.

Remember the universe led to to find Dr Joe and buy that ticket.

What ever you decide Minnie I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

God Bless
Elaine xoxo
